Actor and former White House staffer Kal Penn participated in the New York Red Bulls' inaugural "Send the Bulls" event during the club’s first home game of the 2025 season. That was prior to the club’s 2-0 win over Nashville SC on March 1.

Travis Zajac played 1,037 games in the NHL, all but 13 of them with the New Jersey Devils before retiring in September 2021. He scored 203 goals and recorded 552 points throughout his career, making him one of the most recognizable hockey players in the New York metropolitan area.
