Leeds United goalkeeper Andy Lonergan has posted a message to the supporters ahead of this evening’s Championship clash against Derby County at Pride Park.
The 34-year-old has been part of the fold at Elland Road since last year when he returned to the club for a second spell.
Previously, the shot-stopper played for the Yorkshire club between 2011 and 2012 before moving on to Bolton Wanderers.
This season, Lonergan has made just seven appearances in the Championship and a further two in the Carabao Cup and FA Cup.

Felix Wiedwald has been first choice in between the sticks, but some recent errors – namely the fumble in Sunday’s 2-2 draw with Bristol City last weekend – has caused fans to urge head coach Paul Heckingbottom to make a change.
Lonergan has kept quiet with regards to the goalkeeping situation, but has tweeted some pre-match thoughts.
Leeds fans had plenty to say in response to the tweet.
